Daniel J. McCormick, MHA

Mr. McCormick is the founder and Managing Partner of The Chancellor Group, LLC.  He brings over 35 years of professional experience to client engagements.  He has held CEO positions in hospitals, clinics and managed care organizations.  he has led organizations through the start-up, growth and, at times, the turnaround phases of development.  His work includes clientsin the not-for-profit and for-profit sectors.  He has completed hundreds of strategic engagements involving strategic position, financial and operational performance and strategic transactions.

Mr. McCormick's previous experience includes the following positions: CEO, Hazelden Foundation; CEO, Grand Itasca Clinic and Hospital; CEO, Reliastar Health Management; CEO, 1^st Health; CEO, Naeve Health Care Organization.  He received a B.S. in Finance and a Masters in Health Care Administration from the University of Minnesota.

David W. Allen, Jr.

Mr. Allen is a co-founder and Managing Partner of The Chancellor Group, LLC.  He brings more than 30 years of experience to client engagements.  He has held CEO positions in several health care provider organizations and an HMO.  In addition, Mr. Allen was the national head of health care industry services for the seventh largest accounting and consulting firms in the country.  Mr. Allen has published and presented widely on health care issues.

In addition to his executive and consulting experience, Mr. Allen is an active leader in community and not-for-profit organizations.  He has served as President of the Board of the Hamm Clinic, a not-for profit mental health provider; President of the Minnesota Physician-Patient Alliance, a not-for-profit advocacy group; and is President-Elect of the Bloomington Daymakers Rotary.  Mr. Allen has also served as a board member for several other organizations.  Mr. Allen was also state platform chair for a political party and, in 2004, was a candidate for State Representative.  Mr. Allen has received a number of awards and recognition for his community volunteer work.

Mr. Allen's previous experience includes the following positions: CEO, Minnesota Specialty Physicians; Principal and National Health Care Industry Coordinator, RSM McGladrey; Executive Director, Psychiatric Services of Houston; Executive Director, Central Oklahoma Medical Group; and, CEO, Prudential Health Care Plan of Oklahoma City.  Mr. Allen received a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton Undergraduate Division of the University of Pennsylvania.
